So far so good
our district is finally coming to life. Due to the government effort and
different organization around the world helping, tributting, financing and
giving grants for different development projects in our district, we might be
able to see some new changes happening. Few years back we saw Chinese people
build the Kilosa main tank and the Dumila road. Though the road is not yet
complete and hasn’t reached in kilosa main town heading all the way to Mikumi.
In my opinion I conceder this action to be a big step, because at least people
from LUDEWA and other villages near it
will be benefited from it. As we all know our district depends much more on
agriculture, poor infrastructure such as poor roads happened to be the main
cause of our poor development in our district and the import and export of
goods such as farm products, medicine and other basic human needs have been
difficult to move around, specially on rainy season.
I don’t know if anyone have notice but there
are some foreigners each with different projects, like malaria projects and
others are around the districts driving in the USAID/UKAID cars, don’t know
what kind of projects they are working on, but I will find out soon (but in
case you happen to know!, please do share with us on our blog or email me on gfkashasha@gmail.com tell us all kind of projects you know,).
